The ROLLING STONES at CARDIFF & PENBROKE Castles 22 September 1973 (Wales UK). Original concert poster , 20×30 inches , printed before the concert. The concert was cancelled by the Welsh authorities”so as not to corrupt local youth”and as a result of the cancellation mostly of the posters were destroyed. Very few originals survived. The poster has been reprint unofficially in the late 70s but smaller and on a thinner shiny paper. A very rare large first print, medium thick stock, silver metallic ink, in very good conditions. This copy comes from my personal collection, I acquired it at Christies London in 1992, it was part of a lot of posters from the office of the Hard Rock Cafe owner & founder Isaac Tigrett.
