This cardstock window card captures the iconic mid-era Fleetwood Mac lineup alongside two other influential British acts, all part of the British Are Coming! Date: Sunday, March 5, 1972. Venue: Honolulu International Center Arena. Bands/Performers: Fleetwood Mac, Savoy Brown, Long John Baldry. Dimensions: Approximately 17″ x 24″. Material: Thick cream-colored cardstock with a matte universal finish and plain verso. Print Process: Two-color (red and blue) lithograph design. Fleetwood Mac: This concert took place during the Bob Welch era of Fleetwood Mac, coinciding with the release of their highly acclaimed album Bare Trees (March 1972), which featured the hit single Sentimental Lady. Savoy Brown: Led by Kim Simmonds, Savoy Brown was promoting their most successful album, Hellbound Train, which debuted the same month and became a defining moment in their career. Long John Baldry: A legendary figure in British blues, Baldry’s influence extended to early collaborations with Elton John and Rod Stewart. Plain cardboard verso with no major marks or writing, consistent with its age and storage. The concert on the 30. May was unfortunately cut short after only 30 minutes due to technical problems with the groups amplifiers. Although not advertised on the poster, the group also performed on the 1. June at the venue. It measures 35.5cm x 48cm (14 inches x 19 inches). He poster has been trimmed along the top and bottom edges and there is tape along each edge. There is some mottling and discolouration to sections along the edges. There is creasing to the poster and some tears at the edges which has been repaired on the reverse with tape, the largest of which is at the top left corner and measures 4.5cm. There is a 1.7cm tear to the right edge on the first layer of card. There is some tape residue and some scuffing on the reverse. The condition is good. The first item is charged at the normal rate. Our Grading System Explained. Mint = As new. Near Mint = Almost like new with one or two very minor flaws. Excellent = Minor wear yet looks attractive and is perfectly usable. Very Good = Some wear and tear but overall presentable and usable. Good = Apparent wear and tear but with obvious deterioration of the condition. Poor = Extremely worn. A plus or minus after the grading indicates that the condition is marginally higher or lower than the stated grade.
