You are looking at a very special original Grateful Dead first editon concert poster from 1968 autographed by Phil Lesh and Bobby Weir and the artist Lee Conklin. It was the day after the Grateful Dead played a fundraiser for Barack Obama at Penn State called “Change Rocks”. These memorable shows featured performances by the Grateful Dead, Quicksilver Messenger Service and Linn County. This cool, psychedelic poster was designed by Lee Conklin and is designated BG-144-OP-1 in the Eric King Guide (matte stock). Additionally, this one has been SIGNED by Lee Conklin in thin black ink at the bottom. The offered example measures approx. 14″ x 21″ and is in magnificent, Near Mint/Mint condition (see photo). After I had it autographed by Phil and Bobby, I took it to Imagic Studio in Brooklyn and had it professionally framed and matted using hard wood and museum glass.
