Oversized 30″ x 40″ Lithograph Canvassed Print, Hand-Signed Artist Proof, Individually Numbered AP #1/5 (Artist COA). This is a large lithographic canvassed print measuring 30 inches by 40 inches in size. The print is based on the original 1969 concert poster featuring Led Zeppelin and Jethro Tull, created by artist Frank Bettencourt. The lithograph offered here is an exact replica of the authentic & authorized first print poster designed by artist Frank Bettencourt. The print offered here has been individually numbered #1/5 ARTIST PROOF! Yes, this was the VERY FIRST lithograph in the limited series released by the artist. Frank did 5 artist proofs and 25 for the series. This is the very first one to come off the printer! It’s also the same one used to market the special release. Frank has assured me that there won’t be any more of these released… So this will always be the Holy Grail from the limited series! In addition to being individually numbered, the beautiful print is also hand signed by artist Frank Bettencourt. This is a one-of-a-kind piece! The artwork showcases the legendary Led Zeppelin and Jethro Tull, both of whom were at the peak of their popularity in the late 1960s. Number # 58 of 200 signed by AMES & BRAD KLAUSEN. There were a total of three releases – 200 by Brad Klausen – 215 by Ames Bros and a show release as well. I have worked in the live / touring music business since 1986… Over 34 years now. It will pass any authentication process you wish and is as rare as it gets. If you are looking for a bargain, with all due respect, this item is not for you. I try and provide as much information as possible regarding each item and most everything I have I have actual dates and venues they were signed. I went so far as to literally catalog everything I collected at a particular concert that evening or following day of the event, going so far as to keep an actual journal for over 30 years with meticulous notes. I look forward to finding good homes for these pieces… It breaks my heart to sell them, but I must part with some of them as I have literally run out of storage and refuse to rent a larger unit. All of these items have been stored in a temperature-controlled storage facility and the framed items were custom framed by a professional framing company to museum quality standards using Acid Free materials and UV / Museum protective glass.
