San Francisco natives and Fillmore Auditorium regulars, Jefferson Airplane, branched out to one of the first venues they played, The Matrix, for these shows on April 11-13th, 1967. Although Victor Moscoso designed the majority of posters for The Matrix, it was Fillmore poster artist, Rick Griffin, who designed the two-up poster on metallic silver. This original poster, measuring 13 x 19 1/4, is on metallic silver paper stock. These posters were printed two-up, or side-by-side, but pretty much all copies are still joined together. Due to the metallic stock, this poster often shows scuffing in the black sections. However, this posters black is in beautiful condition with only a minor crease in the bottom right corner.
