1960’s Vintage PSYCHEDELIC GRAFFITI ART London Rock Concert BEA TRIDENT Poster. Original 1960’s BRITISH EUROPEAN AIRWAYS travel poster advertising their Hawker Siddeley HS 121 TRIDENT airliner. To me, the neatest thing about this poster is that the backside has a hand-painted graffiti advertisement for an underground London rock concert. As best I can decipher, some of the concert ad reads: UP YOURS / Juanita The Garage / TOGETHER LIKE YO / The Others / CRAP! KANGAROOOOOOOOO / I Mean The Fire Exit One / MADE IN THE UNITED SHTS OF AMERICA / The Biggest M. Fuer of Them All / Easy Rider / c. EL CONDE and much more. The Trident airliner was introduced in the mid-1960’s, and the BEA side of the poster is dated January 1969, so I assume the concert advertisement dates to that same period. HUGE poster measures 25″ x 39.75″ and has not been trimmed, altered, lined, or repaired. This poster was used for advertising, so does show quite a bit of wear and tear.
